ANDREW NWACHUKWU DECLARED WANTED BY THE NIGERIAN POLICE: Over Homosexual posts.

A suspected Nigerian homosexual has reportedly been declared wanted by the police following his unguarded Social Media attack on the police. His posts mocked the warning from The Nigeria Police Force against all homosexuals in the country

The Public Relations Officer of the zone 2 police command, Mrs Dolapo Badmos, had on 22nd January, 2019 asked homosexuals to flee the country or face the law. The Police spokesperson also called on Nigerians who have evidence against homosexuals to come forward with such pieces of evidence. Stressing that the Same Sex Prohibition Act has criminalized homosexuality with over 14 years imprisonment.

Mr. Andrew NWACHUKWU, An LGBT rights activist, who was uncomfortable with the pronouncement took to his social media hands to mock the police telling them to enjoy their Boko Haram, Unemployment, Herdsmen, Armed robbery, recession and insecurity that he had left already.

Recall that Nigeria signed into law the Same Sex Prohibition Act in 2014 which makes it illegal for gay people to even hold a meeting. The Same Sex Marriage Prohibition Act also criminalizes homosexual clubs, associations and organizations, with penalties of up to 14 years in jail.
